Муковисцидоз (МВ), или кистозный фиброз поджелудочной железы, – моногенное заболевание, обусловленное системной дисфункцией экзокринных желез. Клинически оно проявляется прогрессирующей инфекцией и обструкцией дыхательных путей, экзокринной недостаточностью поджелудочной железы, нарушением процессов пищеварения и всасывания в кишечнике, холестатическими осложнениями, а также снижением репродуктивной функции у мужчин в связи с недоразвитием или отсутствием семявыносящих протоков.
