Now let's talk a little bit about tactics and strategy. Our strategy is to squeeze government forces everywhere, to interfere with them everywhere and to create problems. We must mend sabotage and sabotage in enterprises, carry out terrorist attacks and sabotage, kill civil servants. First of all, of course, we are talking about corrupt officials, although not only about them. The aim of this strategy is to shake up the political situation in the country. Our people don't like the government at all, but they are afraid of it. State propaganda every day tells citizens: «This regime is the only possible one, there is no alternative to it and there will be no alternative!». Citizens believe all this and think: «This government, of course, is not very, but there is no alternative.». We have to show that there is an alternative. If we act correctly, people will quickly see that there is real opposition in the country. An opposition that not only smiles against corruption, but which can offer a good program. And not the kind of one that was like Navalny, but suchthat it could be implemented. For the benefit of society, of course. When people see that this opposition is not afraid of riot policemen, guards, police, or even the FSB, will see that the opposition is waging a guerrilla war against the state, they will understand that this regime is not eternal, as propaganda claims. After that, the authorities will begin to lose their positions irrevocably. You see, when the police disperse the demonstrators, and their leaders are put in prisons, they show the citizens and the world: look how terrible we are. This demoralizes the opposition. Many people are beginning to think that the regime is so strong that it cannot be resisted at all. But if people see that the country has started guerrillas, see that these guerrillas successfully fight with the government, and the police can not do anything about it, – then the citizens will cease to be afraid of the regime. He will lose his footing in the people. Further it's fall is only a matter of time.  Now I will sum up the above. We must sow panic and chaos, incite conflicts, sabotage and sabotage, carry out terrorist attacks and sabotage. Our first goal is to destabilize the situation in the country.

This, however, is only part of the strategy. It only explains our priorities. As to say before the second part of our plan, it will be outlined by me further.

It is no secret that the political regime in Russia is weak and absolutely insignificant. He is the best example of the «paper tiger» Mao was talking about. Today, our government is relentlessly confronted with many challenges. These problems are economic, social, political and whatever. The main thing here is that these very problems are very much. They fall on the crowning headsof our rulers from all sides. American and Chinese imperialists are attacking Russia from abroad. Corruption scandals shake her from within. The decline of the economy undermines the power of the state and leads to the rapid impoverishment of the population. All the above in sum angers the people and excites discontent in it. On top of that, the country has been led by guerrillas fighting against the power of freemasons and hucksters. Of course, in such circumstances, the question of the demise of today's bonapartist regime becomes only a matter of time. Sooner or later, the people, driven by the talentless policy of our government to the full poverty, – will rise up against the clique of bandits and murderers. Then the Putin regime will come to an end!

At the same time, the situation in Russia should not be idealized. A future revolution to overthrow the existing regime is, of course, inevitable. But as for the nature of this revolution, it may be difficult... The fact is that in modern Russia the proletariat is still very undeveloped. «Why so?» – you ask. I'll explain it. You all know how privatisation took place. Of course, we love to say that, they say, it was not privatization, but just a robbery. That is why, by the way, in Russian language, the verb «privatize» is often used as a synonym for the word «steal». It should be remembered, however, that it was not only prominent officials who tookover factories and factories. Ordinary citizens were also allowed to pocket a little. It was mainly about city apartments and cottages. And forgive me for the liberal jargon, but as a result of privatization Russia has became a country of owners. What does this mean? This means that we have the vast majority of the population has private property. And that's where the fun begins. The fact is that if you have private property (i.e. capital), you can no longer be a proletarian. A proletarian is not just a hired worker. He's a total beggar employee. An employee who is completely devoid of property. A lot of our left-wingers here wouldn't agree with me. They think that the proletarian is absolutely any person living on a salary. If so, it turns out that president Putin is a proletarian!  But let's leave this scholastic dispute! Of course, if you really want, the person who has an apartment, a country plot and a car can be called a proletarian. But here is the question: will such a «proletarian» be revolutionary? I guess not. When Marx said that the proletariat had nothing to lose but his chains, he did not exaggerate. The proletarians of that time existed on the verge of starvation. That's why, in fact, they were so revolutionary. When you clearly face the prospect of starvation, it is not terrible to go to the barricades. If they kill you, nothing! You're going to die a little! And if they put you in jail, that's a good thing! They're feeding in prison! But if you have an apartment, a car and a cottage, you will think a thousand times before you go to the rally. Even if this rally is legal. And it's clear: you have something to lose. You're afraid of losing your property, your own scarce capital. That's why you re barely a revolutionary. The majority of our citizens are owners! So little bourgeois. Very small, very small, but still bourgeois. In doing so, they may well be hired employees. No contradiction is here. Explain in the example. Let's say the man has two urban apartments. One of them rents out the rent, and the other one lives on the other. He, however, lacks the money rented out of the rent. That's why he works at the office. If our bourgeois lose his job, yes, he'll have to cut his expenses, but he s not gonna get hunger. You can give me another example. A man has an apartment and a car. He works for some company. Then he's fired. He sits behind his car and becomes a cabbie. That is, in case of trouble, the property helps him out. Of course, our petty bourgeoisie is different from the «classic». It used to consist mainly of artisans, shopkeepers and peasants. Now this class is represented mostly by employees. These employees, however, have capital. Sometimes very decent. What does it end up with? And it turns out that the majority of the population of Russia is a small bourgeoisie. At the same time, you must understand that the consciousness of these people is appropriate. That is, they are typical philisters, «little people» from classical Russian literature. They are not too prone to revolutionaryism. The urban petty bourgeoisie simultaneously receives certain benefits from capitalism, but also suffers from it. On the one hand, capitalism for the petty bourgeois is a ticket to cheap resorts in Egypt and Turkey. On the other hand, a mortgage he will never pay. On the one hand – «McDuck» and American movies. On the other hand, low wages and constant fear of losing their jobs. This is the intermediate position of the petty bourgeoisie! Intermediate between the proletariat and the full-fledged bourgeoisie. But, as you know, nothing stands still. Our favorite burghers are no exception. «Where are they going?» – you ask. The answer is simple: towards poverty. From Marxist literature we know that the petty bourgeoisie always strives to go bankrupt. This is because the law of capital concentration works. In short, it says: the rich are getting richer, – the poor are getting poorer. The effect of this law in times of crisis is particularly felt. Fortunately, now is such a period! The number of owners in Russia is falling. People are going bankrupt. Here you can give one good example for clarity. It is taken from life, and therefore especially accurate. One family managed to get a good living out through privatization. They took away four apartments, two cottages, one cafe and ashop. By the mid-nineties, their store had closed. The default of the ninety-eighth destroyed the cafe. In the zero state of affairs a little got better and my friends began to take loans in huge quantities. Then there was the famous crisis of two thousand eighth years. The head of the family lost his job. Loans began to give nothing, and therefore the bankers took from the family first both country plots, and then the apartment. By the time the family blinked the remaining three apartments by the age of two thousand. At the moment, the people who are identified are not in their own dwelling and are in the removable apartment. This example shows very well how the removal of the petty bourgeoisie is going. I have to say here that the process is concerned with not only Russia. The small bourgeois of Europe and America are also rapidly devastating. As a result of this destruction, some ignorance even talked about certain «precariat». That's what they call employees, deprived of their property and a stable earnings. In reality, introducing this new term is completely unnecessary. The proletariat of the nineteenth century was also deprived of property and of a constant earnings. So let's not bear the terms. Little bourgeoisie is begging and becoming the proletariat. No «precariat».

But you understand that people will not look silently at how they are cut. That's why the petty bourgeoisie rebels. Boris Kagarlitsky predicted her upcoming performances in the third year. He called them «the revolt of the middle class». You can read about all this in the relevant books. However, it must beremembered that because of it's intermediate position, the petty bourgeoisie cannot oppose capitalism consistently. Therefore, all it's uprisings are reduced to the fight against corruption and other completely secondary phenomena. The petty bourgeois says: «Corruption isremoved, and «McDuck» is saved!». This slogan, of course, is completely impossible. Capitalism (especially peripheral as we have) inevitably breeds corruption. If we want to remove corruption, capitalism must be removed, and capitalism must be destroyed, it means to destroy «McDuck». The petty bourgeoisie is prone to populism in the spirit of Navalny. That is why large capital constantly uses it as cannon fodder during it's political games.

The proletariat in modern Russia already exists. It is, however, still in the formative phase. That is, some small bourgeois went bankrupt and became proletarians. Their consciousness, however, remains petty bourgeois. They do not consider themselves to be a proletariat. They sincerely think thattheir situation is temporary. That is why such people strive to escape poverty at all costs. They dream not of freedom, but of their own slaves. They do not want to fight for their rights, let alone make a revolution. Such comrades themselves want to be millionaires. Dreaming, as they say, is not harmful. And remember, it will be a long time before these people regain class consciousness.

All the above and determines the nature of the future Russian revolution. But since we are talking about the events of the supposed, it is all somewhat complicated. The fact is that if the revolution happens this year, it will no doubt be a typical «colored» or «orange»  If the revolution happens in ten years, it will be significantly different. First, the proletariat will not only grow in numbers by that time, but will also gain class consciousness. Secondly, by that time we will be able to establish a large network of clandestine organizations and launch a full-scale guerrilla war. If the revolution happens now, the proletariat in it will act as the tail of the petty bourgeoisie. Our own activity will not be noticeable at all. Ukraine can again become a good example here. In the two thousandth year of the fourth year there was the first «color» revolution. The then Ukrainian proletariat was still very undeveloped. That is why the petty bourgeoisie was uptonos at the time. In the fourteenth year (that is, ten years later) the revolution began again in Ukraine. By that time, the Ukrainian proletariat had not only increased in number, but also became much more conscious. That is why the revolution of the fourteenth year ended with the uprising in the Donbass. Therefore, I very much hope that the revolution will not happen now. Holy God, if only it happened not now, but ten years later!  I wish not now!

You, as I see it, are sad. This despondency is understandable. But there is no need to despair! The fact is that if the «color» revolution starts on time, it will open up new opportunities for us. Then we will easily be able to capture and withdraw entire regions from the country.  In short, everything is like in Ukraine. You must understand that the Donetsk Republic was not formed from scratch. First, it should be recalled that the southeastern regions of Ukraine were among the most depressed. The decomposition of the petty bourgeoisie there went very quickly. There was a proletarianization and even lumpening of the local population! There, however, were many important industrial enterprises. That is why a typical proletariat was formed in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Exactly what Marx was talking about. That is why in the spring of the fourteenth year these people rebelled. They are tired of putting up with the status of residents of the internal colony. They are tired of putting up with disenfranchisement, corruption and other things like that. But this is an objective factor, and was still subjective. Since the 1990th, various separatist organizations have operated throughout eastern Ukraine. Members of these societies were engaged in martial arts, learned survival and gun ownership. Sometimes they practiced terrorism, killing local officials and blowing up various administrative buildings. Seriously, of course, no one considered them. Ukrainian security forces thought that these cells of ten people each are completely non-dangerous for them. They thought they were thugs, extremists and political marginals. Until a certain time it really was so. But what happened in the spring of the fourteenth year? In the spring of the fourteenth all these secret societies rebelled. They took advantage of the situation in the country and easily took political power into their own hands. And then they created the republics of Donbass known to us.

We're going to try the same way. First, we will create our own structures. What is called paramilitares in Latin America. Then it will be necessary to recruit enough young fighters to us. When the first two paragraphs are executed, we will wage a guerrilla terrorist war against the state. Of course, we will not be able to crush Putin's regime with the help of self-attacks. But in this war we have a different goal.  We need to shake up the state, weaken it and deprive people of popular support. In this way, we will bring the offensive of the «orange» revolution, which will be completely impoverished by our enemy. When the country knocks distemper, we will use the temporary mess and begin to raise insurgencies in remote depressed areas. In Altai, for example, or in the region. Our forces will easily seize power there and establish a dictatorship of the proletariat.

«What's next?» – you ask. «Look at Ukraine!» – I will answer. Of course, you understood that the real revolutionary war is waiting for us. What did you want? The future «orange» revolution will bring to power dull liberals, – will change one reactionary government to another. And this latter will do everything possible to crush our future proletarian republic. And to help him in this matter will be American and Chinese imperialists. So we will have to defend the revolutionary power with weapons in our hands.  In short, it has yet to be installed.

If the cursed reactionaries drown the proletarian dictatorship in blood, we will follow the example of the «Ukrainian Red Army». The fact is that in some regions of Ukraine the proletariat was not large enough and conscious to organize a full-fledged uprising. This is primarily Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv region. Since it was not possible to separate these regions, the locals went to a guerrilla war against the fascist regime. This war is now under the leadership of the «Ukrainian Red Army».

This is our strategy, but now we have to say about tactics. The peculiarities of our tactics are explained by our own situation. In the early stages of guerrilla warfare, we can't do anything really big. We have very few people, and weapons and ammunition are even smaller. That's why we can't go out into a clean field and say: «Come out, feds, to a fair fight!». Such an «honest fight»will be our last fight. Our tactic is: got out of the forest, – committed sabotage and went back into the woods. Of course, it is not necessarily sabotage and not necessarily in the forest, but the principle we will use this. We have to get out of our hideouts, strike the enemy, and then immediately dive into the darkness again. Here's an example. In the dead of night we throw a couple of Molotov cocktails at the police station. The plot, of course, lights up. But we didn't come here to see the fireworks, but for another cause. We set fire to the site and run away. After that, we hide without giving any activity. At the same time, however, we need to prepare for the next sabotage. And remember: smart guerrillas do not enter into an unplanned battle. If the enemy comes, we retreat. This needs to be explained by example. We set fire to the police station, and these freaks jumpedout of there and followed us. What do we do? That's right , run away! Guerrilla sapatists run away in bulk, barely noticing the police. That's why they've lasted more than twenty years, and no one knows how long they'll last. Running away from the police is not a shame for the guerrilla. It's a shame to get these bastards into the clutches. That's really embarrassing! We must not engage in unplanned fights. Only terrorist attacks and sabotage. They came running, did the deed, ran away, hid. Everything should be done quickly and quickly. «Which objects to attack?» – you ask. I'm going to try to answer that. It is desirable to attack vulnerable objects, as it is easiest. We must constantly strike at two types of targets: local governments (governments) and police stations. These objects should be attacked constantly. Court buildings can be added to the list of must-have sehave. That's the most important thing, but that's not all. It is just necessary to burn the cars of officials.  It would be good if the Molotov cocktail flew to some member of «United Russia» right in the window of his apartment. It is also necessary to find out where the official's dacha is located. With the cottage you can come up with a lot of things… Otherwise, I give you the freedom to think. One of you decides to throw a grenade through the window of an office building, and someone will let the train off the tracks. That the first thing that is the second is very good. Of course, in the first case – the death of a dozen or two office hamsters, and in the second – a major railway accident, but here we must remember that we in principle do not really care how many people we killed. We're not trying to beat Chikatilo in the number of murders. We are seeking public attention at this stage. There was such a terrorist organization «Rote Zora». It translates from German as «Red Zora». The bottom line is this: it was a terrorist organization of German feminists. They attacked the courts, where cases of abortion ban were heard, at corporate offices that exploit edited women's labor, all kinds of shops and similar places. At the same time, they caused their enemies enormous financial damage. But what distinguishes them from other terrorists is that they have not killed anyone in their years of activity. In this respect, we can also recall our «Pussy Riot», although these young fools can not, of course, compare with the real terrorists from «Rote Zora». Think about it, however: the girls from «Pussy Riot» by their actions have raised such a noise and scandal that many terrorists could envy them. They didn't kill anyone. Therefore, we need to prepare operations based on the propaganda effect. We need to do everything possible to be talked about, not only in Russia, but also abroad. We need to be written about in the newspapers, to be talked about on federal or at least local TV channels. At the moment (I emphasize: at the moment) the limit of our dreams is a separate forty-minute documentary about us, shown on the channel «NTV». You ask: «If you don't have to kill, why kill at all?». I have to explain. First, «Red Zora» is an exception to the rule, not a rule.  That is, there are terrorists who have not killed anyone, but who remain terrorists, and successful, but such terrorists are very, very rare. Secondly, don't forget that the girls from «Rote Zora» also carried out terrorist attacks. They attacked the courts, the medical establishments, the offices. They were tired of arson and explosions. At the same time, they planned their attacks so that no one was killed, but the attacks themselves were. Thirdly, we must understand that the tactics of the «Red Zora» have a very limited effect. Feminist girls from there fought against the oppression of women, but they did not seek to seize power in Germany. That's why they could afford not to kill anyone. In thisrespect, we can recall our «Pussy Riot». They attracted a lot of public attention to themselves, but failed to do anything more. They didn't want anything more, as they seem now. But we don't just need to draw attention to ourselves. We're not actors or clowns in the circus. For «Pussy Riot», attracting public attention is the ultimate goal, forus it is only the first step. We don't need empty actionism. Remember: we want to take political power in the country. Ordinary citizens should see that we are not posers, but people who are leading the people's war. Corrupt officials must tremble with horror. They need to know that we can take away any of them from his miserable life. It should be remembered that capitalism is not afraid of anything but violence. I will give the Situationist International as an example. People from there were constantly holding rallies, very similar to those held by «Pussy Riot». But here's the question: have they succeeded? No, we didn't! You see, shocking actions can shock the conservative everyman, but not capitalism. The essence of capitalism is that you can do anything, if you do not prevent capital from accumulating. Therefore, we will interfere with the capital with all our might! It is necessary to organize sabotage in factories and factories, to undermine police stations and councils, to kill officials and businessmen. Remember: that's the only thing capitalism is afraid of. Capitalism is afraid only of murder, terrorist attacks and sabotage. That is what constitutes a revolutionary war. And if you do not believe me, then turn to the story, which will confirm to you: never before the people's power was established without violence and bloodshed, never before has the socialist revolution won bloodless and peacefully.

Okay, for today, enough. Continue your revolutionary training tomorrow.
