There are among our enemies and such that will simply humiliate you and contemptuously call «young morons».For example, Dmitry Puchkov, Nikolai Starykov, Sergey Kurginyan are such.Such people can disguise themselves as leftists, as Puchkov does, they can also show their right self, as the Starykov does. The meaning of their statements and the general proposed program does not change from this: it is necessary to obey and not to rebel, because all those who decide to rebel are traitors who receive money from the CIA, State Department, British or Israeli intelligence. These people are trying to explain to us that all revolutions, starting with the Netherlands, are organized by the State Department. Some of them, – like, for example, Puchkov, – can hide behind the Soviet past and even scold the current order, without changing the essence of their program. They say that it is enough only to scold Chubais and praise the USSR, and all the problems of the country will someday disappear. Some (Konstantin Semin, for example) say that, they say, «Resovietization» will happen soon. They claim that our authorities will take, polish, and restore the USSR. Of course, only the most unsung idiots can believe in this. Never before has there been such a thing that rich and bureaucrats took, and voluntarily gave up all their wealth, from all their power. And not under the threat of revolution, but simply out of the kindness of the soul. Of course, all such «theories» exist only to justify their own corruption. These people understand that the Soviet Union was created by the efforts of terrorists and guerrillas, and not at all loyal ideologues, such as Both Puchkov and Semin. Such people love both Stalin and Dzerzhinsky, but you ask these amateurs: «Why?». They say: «Stalin suppressed the opposition, shot, punished, sent to a concentration camp.». You know, I love Stalin too. And I love Dzerzhinsky. But I love them for something else. For what other lovers of Stalin and Dzerzhinsky often forget. Dzerzhinsky, as well as Stalin, was a revolutionary, an irreconcilable fighter with the government. And to speak in a modern way, – a terrorist and an extremist! And he was in prison! Goblin calls the «young morons» of modern young people who decided to rebel against the government. At the same time, he does not like the government too much, being an ardent critic of him, but, while condemning people for the fact that they would like to change the modern situation for the better. Interestingly, Goblin even knows that Stalin became a revolutionary in fifteen years?! Is he a «young moron»now? It turns out that it is so! But why then Goblin respects Stalin to the impossibility?! Here is one of two: whether Puchkov knows nothing about his idol, or he deliberately lies and hypocrites. If the first of these statements is true, goblin is a fool.  If the second is true, he is a bastard. Anyway, you can't trust this guy. Fools and dads to believe – is like a whip himself.

We still have citizens who claim that all terrorists are losers. It's also a mere lie.The sapatista movement in Chiapas was led by subcommander Marcos, a young and promising professor at the University of Mexico. The «Red Army Faction» was headed by Ulrika Meinhof. First of all, I'll tell you that she was beautiful. She was not only a very beautiful girl, but also a popular journalist: her articles were printed by the largest newspapers and magazines, and her books were published in millions of copies. However, she decided to become a terrorist. The Italian «Red Brigades» consisted of dozens of the most prominent intellectuals, which are not required to list now.

We also have a myth that nothing can be achieved by partisanship, but moderate reforms can be achieved. This, of course, is also nonsense.  Never before have great social transformations been made through reform. In Europe, until recently there were many reformist «social-democratic» parties, which all said: «We, they say, against terror, against revolutions! We are for very, very moderate progress!». Of course, these parties did not achieve anything in the end. Well, socially, they didn't. But in the sense of personal enrichment very much even achieved: the leaders of these parties now drive cars with personal drivers, have villas on the Cote d'Azur and bank accounts somewhere in the Cayman Islands. French socialists and so-called «Eurocommunists» promised to build socialism in France with the help of reforms. The socialists in Italy and the German Social Democrats said the same. And whathave they achieved with their «moderate reforms»? Is socialism built in France? And in Italy? And in Germany? You all know that there is no socialism there. Moreover, no steps in the direction to it are also not visible. In Europe, spending on education and medicine is being cut everywhere, university budgetplaces are being cut, unemployment benefits are being abolished, social housing is being demolished, trade unions are being banned, working hours are being increased and wages are being cut. But the leaders of the Social Democrats have enriched themselves to glory! Each of them is now a multi-billionaire! Europe has already tried to bring about change through reforms. They didn't succeed. People have seen the failures of the reformists.People have seen the enrichment of their pathetic leaders. And then people became disillusioned with them and started voting for the right, like Thatcher and Berlusconi. The result was even worse. But the saddest example of the failure of reformism is Chile.Socialist President Salvador Allende won the election there. He began to immediately carry out nationalizations and in every way to cut the bourgeois rights. It would seem, – all is well!  But then there was an army putsch organized by large Chilean latifundists with the support of the CIA. Pinochet came to power. First he killed all the socialists and communists in the country, and then began to ruin the state. The country has only recently recovered from the effects of the Pinochet dictatorship. But it must be remembered that it was the Chilean reformists who paved the way for this executioner to power. In short, we should finish, because there is almost no time left.

Now you already understand that only terrorism and guerrilla warfare can bring about meaningful changes in society. That's why I suggest you dream a little now. Just think how well our social life will improve if we have at least one communist terrorist organization in our country. Imagine: Nikita Mikhalkov made another film, denouncing the Soviet Union and watering it with slurs. He spent hundreds of millions of dollars on the film, which was seized from taxpayers. The day after the premiere, Nikita Mikhalkov was kidnapped by communists from the illegal group Communists of Russia. They tortured and maimed him for a week and then killed him. The corpse was found in the Moscow forest and hardly identified. Tell me, will other directors dare to make anti-communist and Russophobic films? Let's go further: let's imagine that Yarovaya has submitted her package of laws to the Duma. On the same day, she was kidnapped by communist guerrillas. They cut off her ears, nose, fingers on her hands and feet, lips and eyebrows. Her tongue is ripped out, and then her legs are torn off and the bloodied corpse is thrown away in the Moscow River. After that, the Communists announce that the same fate awaits all deputies who dare to vote for the adoption of the package Yarovaya. Tell me, will a package of anti-people laws be adopted then? Let's go further in our fantasies: imagine that Yulia Latynina wrote an article about the genetic inferiority of the Russian people. The next day, her severed head finds Venediktov at the doorstep of her home. A note is attached to Latina's head: «You are next.». I see you're smiling, which means you like the world I'm describing. Let's expand our imagination more broadly: imagine that Milonov, Mizulina, Poklonskaya, Posner, Chubais, Gorbachev, Kudrin and another regiment of moral freaks have already died in incredible agony. Imagine that all those that your parents and you hate are all of them who have either died in agony or are dying right now. Imagine that Russophobia and anti-Sovietism simply disappeared from public life. Imagine that there are no anti-people laws in the country. Imagine that now all journalists think about their words, because they know that if people do not like their words, they will be killed.  Imagine what mPs in the Duma are thinking about whether the people will approve their laws. Imagine that directors seek to make films that people will like. Imagine that judges and police officers protect the interests of ordinary people, not oligarchs. Presented? It's great to have it presented. But remember that only people's supervision of the authorities can provide all this. Judges, deputies and journalists will think a little about the people only when there is power that will force them to do so. He will, for if they do not think about their people, this latter will deprive them not only of power, but also of life. Remember that the people of Northern Ireland have achieved autonomy only through years of guerrilla warfare and brutal terror.

Sometimes schoolchildren who took part in Mr. Navalny's rallies come up to me and ask me: «Why are the cops hitting us?». Do you know what I say to them? I've always told them before, and I'll say: «Don't ask why the cops are hitting you. I'd rather answer, why don't you hit the cops?». Our young rebels need to learn from South American schoolchildren. A Brazilian student protester's hand won't flinch to run a Molotov cocktail or cobblestone in the police, while ours compared to the Brazilians, – just shy and untouched. It is not their fault: our unhappy children, since childhood, are pushing thought that today's order will exist and rebellion against him at best, meaningless, and in worst – criminal. To overcome those points, they've been punched in the head of another day in kindergarten, our rebel schoolchildren will need a lot more time. We have a difficult way to go, but I believe that someday in Russia, there will be a «Red Army Faction» and their Red Brigades. And you may be taking active participation in their activities.

Will be are extremists, terrorists, will be are guerrilleros! I Believe in you! Russia belongs to us!

Why the guerrilleros are winning.

So, if you and I decide to embark on the path of war, that is, on the path of deceit, violence and murder, then we must be able to move on it correctly. If we follow it carefully and correctly, it will lead us to incredible wealth and unlimited power. If we're careless and stumble on this slippery slope, it'll only take us to jailhouse. In prison, as said Kungurov and Udaltsov, who had been sitting there for a while, are bad. In short, I suppose you know it without them. This speech will therefore focus on how to wage a revolutionary war, engage in terrorism and the like. Of course, here I will not even close to illuminate all the features and intricacies of this process, and therefore in our first speech we will only note the general contours. Here I will say only about some aspects of the strategy of the future revolutionary war, which we will soon lead on the banks of the Moscow River and Neva.

First of all, it should be noted that our revolutionary war will be asymmetrical in any case. What is asymmetric warfare? This is a war where the enemies are completely incomparable in force. When two armies of a million men each fight, it is a symmetrical war. When a guerrilla group fights against a million army, it is already a war asymmetrical. We are, of course, at peace with the Russian government. Of course, there is no question of an honest and equal battle. The state has an army, police, special services and something else, while we ourselves – a collection of schoolgirls, armed with something and somehow. Don't, however, be discouraged. Very often good people defeated even many times superior to their own enemy in guerrilla warfare. Itwas, for example, in Albania. In this small mountainous country there was no marshal of his own, who could command the fronts. There the whole war against the Italians and Germans fought guerrillas. The guerrillas had no help, no protection, no cover, but they still won this war against an incredibly strong enemy. We have to be like Albanian guerrilleros. And I tell each of you: victory depends solely on external factors. But your belief in winning is also a factor. That's why I'm leading you all to believe in our victory. This makes it more likely.

The essence of asymmetric warfare is that this is an unpredictable war, built on constant deception and meanness, and therefore very heavy. For the government, not for us. We can't respond to government tanks with our own. We don't have any tanks yet. But we can invent and improve the means of fighting tanks.

This, however, is not the whole point of the war we will have to wage against Vladimir Putin and his government. First of all, we should remember that this is a people's war, that is, it is for the interests of the people. By the people we mean our proletariat and the revolutionary petty bourgeoisie. You have to learn everything very well: the guerrillas will die without popular support. Yes, it's a truism, that is some kind of satiated and very general statement, but it's true. Yes, banal and very harsh truth. All the guerrilla movements that suffered defeats (and there were a huge number of them) did so solely because they did not rely on the people. The «Red Army Faction» in Germany intimidated the inhabitants to such an extent with it's proclamations that no one was able to stand up for it. The result is sad, but I will not voice it, because it can upset our morale. Now we are taught by all sorts of especially «progressive» journalists, like the same Oleg Makarenko. They say that soon around will be installed CCTV cameras, then will be put in control of all your purchases, and then you are all chipped, like dogs or cats, and you will be completely under the control of the government. They're lying to you, of course. They lie to you because they get paid for it.  It is advantageous for them to inflame the horror and bring you into a state of trepidation in front of a mighty state. In fact, it will be much more interesting. First of all, I must say that in the old days, control over every member of society was almost tougher than it has become now. I'll explain it to you now. As early as the nineteenth century, most of our citizens lived in villages. You probably don't know what a village is. In the village, it is absolutely impossible to hide something from prying eyes. Whatever measuresof conspiracy you do not take, – still completely transparent for his fellow villagers. Therefore, if they suspect you of something, they will at best send you to the police, and at worst – will sue you. Therefore, in fact, the villages have always had a very low crime rate. If you steal a shovel or something in your neighbor, you'll be identified immediately. The killer will also be found in two accounts. Therefore, killings in villages do not happen very often. And if they do, it's almost always under a drunken bench. Moreover, you couldn't buy anything in the old days either. The dealer would have handed over the suspicious buyer to the authorities at one point. The movements were not free at the time either, so it was necessary to report to the local authorities about their arrival. Moreover, it should be understood that in the then county town, where the population of half a thousand people, the arrival of any stranger – it is a big event, and therefore to do something without attracting excessive attention is absolutely impossible. In short, the revolutionaries lived badly in the old days. We're better now, of course. But here's what you need to remember. No oversight, no discipline will save from popular anger. In the Sobibor concentration camp there was just a wonderful discipline. The prisoners were under strict supervision there, but they still managed to rise up. In the era of Stalin's repression, there were whole secret political societies in labor camps. In short, modern riots taking place in various prisons around the world can also be proof that repression and control over every step of the citizen can achieve nothing. That's why I have an optimistic forecast for you. Moreover, we must remember that we are not standing still now, that we too will acquire the latest technologies for war. Now let's go back to the question of popular support.

We are very often told that our people are not what they should be. Wrong people are here. That's what fools say, but I'll try to challenge this thesis. These bastards claim that if we now stand up against our government, the people of the country will not support us. This is, of course, pure speculation: no one knows what will happen in this case. Moreover, we have few statistics on this issue in Russia. Here we, as you know, not South America, where the people are going to the guerrillas en masse, – we do not have any guerrilla movement, but we want it'sappearance. There were only a couple of cases of violent resistance to the authorities in our country. I'm talking primarily about seaside guerrillas. They killed a lot of people, but then they were captured. So, social polls showed that they were supported by quite a large number of citizens of our country. Twenty-two per cent of the inhabitants sympathized with them, thirty-four per cent justified them, and thirteen per cent considered them to be the people's avengers. In the second place, I need to mark colonel Kvachkov. This man was preparing to overthrow the Russian government, but his plot was uncovered anddefeated. What do you think? Kvachkov became a favorite of the people, and among patriots and did become a hero. In short, both of these examples show people's attitude very badly. The fact is that we are talking only about some individual examples, but we do not have a general picture, because there is no guerrilla movement. In Ukraine, too, long thought that people they are inert, amorphous, far from politics and the like, but as soon as began what began there, – so everyone learned that the people there are not so inert, and to politics is inclined quite strongly. Even though we can't say for sure, I'll make my guess. The people of Russia are not so inert and fooled by government propaganda, as the opposition likes to broadcast about it. These people, most often coming from the liberal camp, justify their own failures and defeats. In reality, people are not very deeply imbued with government propaganda, and therefore it is not difficult to convince them. I've always noticed this from my own experience. You personally are also part of this experience, which I cherish and brag to foreigners. The population easily succumbs to conviction, and therefore I sincerely believe that our citizens will support theguerrilleros. Especially if these guerrillas are cute boys and girls.

We will need to do what the Liberals can't do, of course. We have an obligation to offer a political programme to the people close to the people. Of course, this program will be very left-wing and radical. The detailed compilation of such a program, however, is not part of the plan of our speech today, and therefore let's say briefly. We need a program that would offer the aspirations of the people. Yes, we shouldn't invent a Utopia like our libertarians do. You see, each of us wants to live in some individual utopia, but no one wants to live in someone else's Utopia. Everyone wants their own Utopia. And in general: utopianism smells of social racism. Like, you citizens, idiots, but here we have written you a utopia, which you will implement under our control. No, it's not going to work that way. Our program should reflect the interests of real people. This is what makes it materialistic, while endowing it with enormous power. These, however, words are very common. We need to move on to the point, that is, to tactics and strategy.

It should be remembered that Nguyen Ziap divided the guerrilla war into two periods. The first period is the time when the guerrillas must hide in the forests for fear of government. In the first stage we are few, and our forces are very scarce. The second stage is when the guerrillas come down from the mountains, get out of the forests and so on. When the guerrilla forces begin to outperform the forces of the government, then the second stage begins. In the second stage, this war ceases to be both asymmetrical and fully partisan. We equalize our abilities against the opponent, and then we defeat him. This is how events developed in Vietnam, where the army of Nguyen Ziap went from a small guerrilla detachment to a huge army consisting of dozens of divisions. We, as you know, are in the first stage at the moment. Although no, we are rather at stage zero, because we have not done anything yet. This, in short, is not very important. The war, of course, can be broken down into more stages, but all this will be more interesting to military historians than amateur practitioners.

Many people before us engaged in guerrillaism, leaving us a rich book heritage in this type of activity. From the books we know that every stage of the war requires actions of a very specific nature. We are now at the very beginning of the journey, and therefore we must devote all our energies to achieving the main goal, – the creation of our own organization. It must be a carefully conspiratorial terrorist sect consisting of the most desperate. When I say that it should be created, I want to say that it should be created not on paper, but in real life. Second, I have to tell you all that you have to prepare. Yes, you all just have to study the military, learn the experience of other guerrillas, learn from the experience of fighting guerrillas and the like. Perhaps you think it's hard, andmaybe it's not: I don't know. It's hard, I have to say, but absolutely necessary. You have to learn from the experiences of others and read a lot of books on tactics and strategies. And youhave to prepare physically... So it's all dull?! I say the truth: even in our technological age, the ability to run well is necessary for a partisan. And if you are attacked by militants from the National Guard, what will you do with them?! Of course, modern partisans need comprehensive physical training. And not just physical, by the way. So, our first goal is to create a combat organization that will be able to lead the masses to the victory of the socialist revolution.

We have identified the first goal. Now you need to explain to you our secondimmediate goal. It consists in the deployment of a guerrilla war against the Russian authorities. Guerrilla warfare early on has certain features that I'll tell you about below. It should be noted that it makes sense to move to terror and guerrillaviolence only after the creation of a militant organization. Solitary terror is not only extremely ineffective, but very dangerous both for our reputation and for the terrorists themselves. Now I have to make a little digression. The fact is that there are left-wing evaders in our party. These people think: «This evil uncle forbids us, but we'll do it anyway.». But I will not tire of repeating that there can be nothing more irresponsible than solitary terror. First of all, it is very difficult to do something serious to one person. Secondly, it will not be difficult for the police to catch such a person. Third, solitary terror can frighten the everyman. People will think we're some maniacs like Anders Breivik and won't support us. It should be remembered that we are at one time at the time of the government, not the everyman: we must, in fact, protect the everyman. Moreover, we must pursue his interests. So we don't need solitary terror. We must act consciously, collectively and in an orderly manner.
