I have to say more about the sale of loot. It's dangerous to sell stolen goods! The police don't sleep... That is why all objects exproppropted in the bourgeoisie must be changed. This is necessary for the purpose of conspiracy. «What does this mean?» – you ask. Let me explain by concrete examples. Let's say you've surrounded the villa of some official. Fourteen kilograms of silverware were stolen. Tell me, what do you have to do with it? Of course, – to melt!  If you have seized jewelry, then first you need to dig out of them all the gems. The remaining metal parts are sent to the oven. If the car is stolen, it should be at least repainted. You can still make some cosmetic repairs in the cabin: put new chairs, snitty at the lever of the checkpoint screw and so on. But it is best, of course, to disassemble the clunker for parts. Selling a stolen car in disassembled form is much easier. One part will be bought by a man from Irkutsk, the other – a friend from Chita, and the third will go to Khabarovsk. And no suspicion!  In short, you understood me: stolen things must first «disguise» and then sell. Otherwise you can get into a very bad situation... But let's not be sad! 

 

I have said this before, but I will repeat again: keep your money either in cash or in the form of gold and silver coins. Believe me, it will be more reliable. Now there are a lot of computer payment systems, completely transparent to the police. It is absolutely unacceptable to use them. The chest buried in a remote forest is the guardian of your money. Especially if inside it is not a piece of paper, and gold coins. That's the most important thing. Now about the less significant. 

 

You have to spend resources sparingly. These latter are not enough for us, and therefore to devour grouse for us is an unaffordable luxury. You need to save money. This means that the guerrillas always buy food in bulk. For it's so cheaper! Why buy a kilogram of cereal in the store for a hundred rubles, if you can take a centner at once on the wholesale market?! In short, buy food and other household items in bulk. In the second place, I advise all of you to use recyclables. I know what that sounds like, but still: you don't have to squeamish about other people's stuff. If you want to get something suspicious (axe or butcher's knife, for example), it is better to buy it in the market of used goods. It is primarily about conspiracy, but for saving scarce finances is also useful. Once again, any things that can arouse suspicion from the police must be bought semi-legally or illegally. You are closed to the official shops! Terrorists are sold on flea markets, in all semi-legal markets, in shops of dubious traders. In short, where trade is conducted without any supervision of the police. Need an axe, buy from some villager from a remotevillage! It takes kerosene, – buy from the farmer! Most often, of course, you have to buy, that is, part with the money. It's not good. We should strive for exchange. If possible, make barter deals. This is even more reliable for keeping our secrets. With this kind of cooperation it is especially easy to sell loot. Here, for example, you ruined the estate of a rich man. They took out a lot of jewelry. Persian carpet you exchange for a motor, fur coats of sable – for explosives, and everything else – for food. And no cash payments! Only voluntary exchange! And also between free people! It's just an anarcho-syndicalist utopia! But back to business! Because guerrillas often have financial difficulties, you must be able to make a bomb from improvised materials. Learn from the unabomber! Acunning anarchist ecologist collected his bombs from garbage. Yes, out of the garbage! And the most ordinary. And you know, he made good things. That's why I advise you to learn from the glorious pattern. The advantage of using recyclables is obvious. All those who doubt waste are ignorant. Many people have no idea how many interesting things can be found in a landfill. And it's all free. And most importantly – no suspicions. Just think about it. You can buy a butcher's knife, but it is better to find it in the trash. The seller can always turn you in to the police. Better try to dig up a valuable tool in the trash of garbage.

 

So, we discussed the financial business. Now you know the guerrilla economy. We can move on to business. Guerre, guerre, vente, vent, as was the one in the old French song.

 

It is a first time to solve the most important question. It's a lot of people who ask me a rookie. «Where to buy weapons?» – they ask the last. I'll explain everything. Weapons are extracted by different ways. The simplest of them is really through illegal trade. Most often this kind of transaction is entered through computer networks. This is about the so-called «deep Internet». I mean, a secret computer networking where illegal trade is conducted. The first of the desks is, of course, the «Tor» network. If, even this latter closes, there will certainly be something new to the same plan. But that way doesn't satisfy me! I prefer to make the gun myself. This will be mentioned below. Self-production is the second source of weapons available to the guerrillas. There is, however, a third source. As Abbie Hoffman used to say: «If you really need this book, you're in contact with this book!». I'm willing to say the same thing about weapons! If you need a rifle, you'll come into contact with this rifle! The only question is how not to go to prison. It's not easy to do, I'll tell you. It's not easy, though it's possible. To do this, you need to arrange their agents in some law enforcement agency. The police, the army, the National Guard – everything will work. The implemented agent of influence is obliged to decompose the team with it's propaganda. He needs to convince the serving people to move to the side of the revolution. Some believe that this cannot be done. They're wrong! The security agencies are the main refuge of lumpen. In the present times, the army is the main refuge of the underprivileged. Once the bourgeois hoped that the hired army would be different. All their hopes have failed! The hired army turned out to be even more Lumpen than the conscript army. Fighters of private armies are usually from slums. For only the latter have agreed to the kind of work that these companies provide. And since the army (as well as all security structures) is made up of people of the poor and disadvantaged, it provides fertile ground for revolution. So, we need to lure the military to it's side. Then you have the weapons! It is possible, however, that the fourth method of finding the technique we are interested in is possible. This requires a specific trick. This last one is like that. You register a private security company, collection agency, shooting or hunting club. It is possible that even the club has a historical reconstruction.  In short, you set up a legitimate organization. But the kind of gun-to-arms. Guards and collectors guns are sold to many easier than partisans. That is why take aim at the state with masked professions. 

 

Similarly, the question of finding explosives is being addressed. This latter can also be bought, manufactured independently or stolen from the military. And you can follow a more cunning path... How do you think Anders Breivik bought nine tons of ammonium nitrate without suspicion? Very simple: he only registered a farm. Saltpeter, if you didn't know, it s also a fertilizer. Agriculture is widely used. For unhindered work with explosives, it is necessary to register the associated organization, farm (or selitra), or a small enterprise employed in the mining industry. Our comrades have not been established as a factory at which the firecrackers and fireworks have been made. So little they supplied the underground explosives! They're also a monetary grant from local authorities! To «development of domestic production». Word, learn to twist.

 

So, about the weapon, we took care of it. Now, moving to the explanation of the partisanal tactics.

 

The tactics of the guerrilla struggle are very simple. It is set out in a wonderful formula: shoot and run!

 

As for the partisan tactics, this case isuntricky.

 

Our war, as you remember, is mainly driven by sabotage. And because our main task is to ensure the effectiveness and the savage of these diversions.

 

First of all, it must be noted that there is a great significance in the destruction of enemy infrastructure and technology. And especially the transport. Then everything is going down: communications, electricity, plumbing... But the main thing is transport! Therefore, the fight against the transport network must be directed at the main efforts. That is the list of the objects of our sabotage.

 

It's easier than you know to fight with railways. With them and start!

 

So, get the train off the train at no time.

 

Doing it is best where the iron is wrapped or descending into the lowest. Then the damage will be maximum. But you can, of course, elsewhere.

 

The easiest way to do this. We need to get three dozen spanked. The subway is done only on one hand.

 

This trick is bad that it doesn't always work. Of course, if the train is rambling on all pairs, it'll fly away with half the convoy. However, it can be difficult to weld it sometimes.  If this is the case, remember that there are still many methods of destruction of the railway line.  All these methods of the samecharacter as the Shevgulidze wedge. 

 

So, you can take steel plates about half a centimeter thick. These plates should be cram in between the two rails. The plates should rise a little above the rails, – a centimeter by two or three approximately. Such plates are installed, of course, on both sides of the railway. They should be hammered with a wooden hammer. So you'll avoid too much noise. 

 

It can be even simpler: you just disconnect the bond of the two adjacent rails. When the train will pass through the place where you worked – the rails will simply disperse in different directions under the weight of this very train. 

 

These two methods are not as effective as the previously named Shevgulidze wedge. However, it is sometimes much easier to use them. I must note that these two methods cannot be applied against the monorail. 

 

So, I've already named a few basic ways to destroy enemy trains. But there are others. Here's one of them. It's as simple as a stick. All you have to do is make a blockage on the railroad. Thick logs or even whole freshly cut trees are laid across the rails. 

 

This does not work against conventional locomotives. There, as the machinist sees the rubble – so manages to usually brake. But for high-speed trains it's death. They and rotate at full speed in the barricade and fly off the rails, turning over and taking away many lives…

 

And yes, of course, trains can also be blown up. Here's how it works. You take a pretty powerful charge. It's weight should be at least half a kilogram. This charge you attach to the rail.  It needs to be fixed on the side. By no means on top. When the bomb is fixed, you just set the Bickford cord on fire and run away from the ute. 

 

Actually, to fight with simple compositions use excavation, demolition, dismantling of the railway line, a wedge of Shevgulidze, those methods of railroad corruption, which I just mentioned. Against high-speed use excavation, subversion, blockage, wedge Shevgulidze and all the same previously named simplified methods. Unless it's a monorail, of course. The canvas is not used. 

 

There are three reasons for this. First, on high-speed rail rails are laid thoroughly. It's not that easy to tear them off. Secondly, such roads are protected much more carefully than usual. Large-scale construction work (without which it is impossible to do) is sure to attract the attention of the guards. We don't need that! Thirdly, no one needs it at all. High-speed trains rush so fast that sometimes the slightest malfunction of the tracks can cause a tragedy. 

 

I've listed the methods by which you can derail the train. To arrange regular rail accidents for the enemy is, of course, a good thing. But that's not enough. Moreover, it is not enough to ensure victory. In addition to point andpurposeful spoiling of rails – we need to spoil the mass and systematic. If in your field of vision was a railway – then your sacred duty is to unscrew from it all the nuts to which you can only reach, take out all the railway crutches, which will be enough of your strength, and in general as much as possible to harm as much as possible this transport artery of the enemy.

 

So the methods are clear. Now about their application.
