Epilogue JESSE

“Yes. Like that. Don’t stop, sweetheart,” I encourage, fisting her hair in my fingers. She moans her pleasure around my cock, the vibrations running through the tip to the base of my balls. “Jesus, baby. I love how you suck me.” I encourage and my balls start to tighten.

“Mmmh.” She moans again as I watch her move her hand between her legs. Not having any of that, I move her off my dick, turn her around then pull her down so her pussy is above my face.

“Suck,” I demand, before swiping my tongue through her pink lips. Jesus, she’s wet. Moving my hands to her ass, I spread her wider so I can see more of this perfect view. Her little asshole puckers as I continue to lap at her center. Slowing my movements, I move my tongue towards her ass.

“Jesse.” She tenses when I blow gently on her.

“Did I tell you to stop?” I ask, ignoring her apprehension. Her mouth touches the tip of my cock, lightly kissing it before she opens and slides the rest of the way down. The warmth of her mouth encasing my cock sends a jolt straight to my balls. “Good girl.” I smile, teasing her with small flicks of my tongue. Moving one hand from her ass, I glide my finger into her pussy while my tongue draws circles over her asshole.

“Hmmm.” She moans again, my finger rewarding her by hooking and finding her G-spot. I feel her pussy tighten around my finger and I know she’s close.

“Jesus, baby, you better hurry or you’re getting a mouthful any second.”

This time, she growls before sinking deeper onto my face, warning me to quit talking about it and start working. Not needing to be told twice, I nip, lick, suck and flick. Working her fast to an orgasm. She bucks above me, and with one hook of my finger, she groans her release over my cock. It’s all I need to let go and release my orgasm into her mouth. She sucks harder and licks faster, milking my cock dry. I slow my tongue, while lazily letting my fingers calm her down.

“You need to do that more often, Bell. I’d be a happy man if you sucked me like that every morning.” I kiss one ass cheek and then the next.

“Ha! You wish.” She rolls to her side, falling to her back. I come up on my elbow and look up her body. A pink blush coats her skin and a sense of pride washes over me knowing I put it there. That shit doesn’t get old.

“Move in with me,” I blurt, not thinking before I speak. It’s been a month since Vegas, a month of winning Bell back, of proving to her how much I want her in my life.

“What?” She looks up at me. Her eyes grow wide as she tries to process what I just asked.

“Move in.” I shrug, trying to play off my anxiety. Fuck, what if she says no? Ever since I’ve got her back, I’ve wanted more—more time, more connection. Between the clubhouse and her place with Lissy, we barely have a moment alone.

“Here?” She looks around my clubhouse room, her tone disbelieving.

“No, we’ll get our own place. I’m done living here. And I don’t like being quiet at your place with Lissy around. I want our own place. You and me.”

“Are you sure you’re ready for this, Jesse?” She sits up and I follow her.

“It’s not marriage, or a baby, Bell. It’s you and me moving in, sweetheart.” I try to reason with her. Yeah, I see those things in our future, but I want more of her first. Of us.

“I know, Jesse.” She smiles. “I just want you to be sure. You know I love you, and I trust you love me too. Where we are at right now, I’m happy. I don’t need anything more.” She sits up, leans forward and places her soft lips to mine.

“I know you are, but this isn’t about me proving how much I want or love you. I just want to live with my woman.” I pull her forward, dragging her back down with me and let her body cover mine. My woman. Fuck, it feels good to say that.

“I just wasn’t expecting to be moving so fast, Jesse.”

“Fast?” I laugh and shake my head. “Jesus, woman. This isn’t fast, trust me. You’re lucky I let you leave my bed.” I’m only half joking. Each day that passes since having her back in my life is another day of moving forward, of letting myself accept my past and be okay with everything. Of trusting her with my issues, of dealing with the demons I carry.

“You can house train me. I’ve never lived with a woman before.” I give her more incentive. I know she won’t deny me, but I want her to understand how big this is for me.

“Oh, yay me.” She rolls her eyes. I pinch her ass, and then hold her tighter when she tries to squirm out of my arms.

“Don’t act cool. You want this,” I challenge. Yeah, in the beginning she was apprehensive. After the wedding, we talked and decided to take things slowly, but slow went out the window the moment we came home.

“I do, Jesse. I’ve never hid that from you. I just want you to be ready.”

“I wouldn’t ask if I wasn’t ready, Bell.”

“This is true.” She pulls back and watches me closely. I move my hand to her nape and drag her to my mouth. She doesn’t fight me, opening when my tongue seeks its entry. I kiss her for a moment, letting her taste wash over me before pulling my tongue back.

“Don’t make me beg, woman,” I whisper into her mouth. She smiles against me and I know in that second what her answer is.

“House train you?” she asks, lifting her brow.

“Jesse!” Beau knocks on the door halting me from answering.

“What?” I shake my head at the interruption. “We wouldn’t have this,” I whisper to Bell and wait for his reply.

“Your brother is here.”

“Tell him to fuck off!” I shout back, not in the mood to leave the bed. Things with Jackson have been a lot better, both of us finally finding a happy ground to respect each other on. The last few weeks we’ve barely seen each other with his workload, but he’s been checking in when he can.

“He knew you would say that, so he said to tell you to fuck off right back and that you will want to hear what he has to say.”

Rolling my eyes at Beau and my pain-in-the-ass brother’s words, I look back to Bell.

“Move in with me,” I ask her again, needing an answer with words.

“You should go to your brother,” she replies, her lips dancing with her amusement at my torment.

“Not till you say yes.”

“Ugggh, you’re such a pest, Jesse.” She shakes her head, but the dimple in her cheek deepens as she fights her smile.

“But you love me.” I roll and pin her under me. She fights my hands, but I manage to pin them in my grasp.

“I do.” She gives up her struggle.

“Do you feel safe with me?” I ask, needing to know.

“I do.” She blinks and my heart squeezes knowing how far we’ve come. Yeah, I still have dreams, but they’re much more controlled and Bell knows how to handle them.

“So say you’ll move in with me, I’ll go see my annoying brother, then I can come back and fuck you.” I pepper kisses along her jaw. Her head rolls to the side and her eyes flutter closed with each touch. A soft moan leaves her lips, but it’s not the answer I’m looking for.

“Say it,” I growl before nipping harder at her neck.

“Yes, okay, you big bossy boots.”

Her words set my heart on fire, so I pull back, and watch her for a minute. “Yeah?” I wait for her answer again. Once isn’t enough.

“Yeah,” she agrees, giving me everything I’ve ever needed.

“Fuck, sweetheart.” I shake my head. “Never thought I could ever be this happy.” I kiss her again, this time deepening the connection by sliding the tip of my tongue along her lips.

“Jesse! Hurry the hell up. I got news.” Jackson’s voice carries through the door this time.

“Come on, let’s see what the asshole wants.” I roll off her and stand before helping her to her feet. She doesn’t complain, just starts to get dressed next to me.

“I love you, Bell. You have no fucking idea how much.” I smile, looking at the woman who didn’t change my life, but showed me how to change it. She gave me the strength to admit I wasn’t living, only existing, giving the world a sorry excuse for surviving.

“And I love you, Jesse Carter.” She comes up on her toes and wraps her arms around my neck.

Peace.

I’ve finally found it. I’m no longer at the mercy of my past, at the mercy of my fears.

Because of her, I found it.

She gave me something I spent my whole life searching for, even if I didn’t realize I was searching for it. She gave it to me.

Peace.

BELL

“They found her.” Jackson’s voice registers but I fight through the fog to react.

Paige.

“She’s alive. They found her an hour ago just outside of Arizona.” He continues to tell me the words I’ve been longing to hear for five long years.

A sob leaves my throat as I fall into Jesse’s chest.

Paige is alive. They have her.

Jesse’s arms come around my body, encasing me in his hold as I continue to fall apart at Jackson’s words.

After Jesse asked me to move in, I couldn’t imagine the day getting any better. We dressed and headed out to meet Jackson in the kitchen. I knew as soon as we entered he had something serious to share, and as soon as I saw his face, I knew it was news about Paige.

“You okay, sweetheart?” Jesse’s voice rumbles from his chest. I slowly get myself back together while we sit in the kitchen chair, me in his lap. I don’t even remember him pulling me on to him.

Needing to know more, I nod against him, wipe my eyes and turn back to Jackson for more information.

“We have a team with her now, en route to the hospital.” His words ring in my head, but still I can’t process them. Paige is alive and is coming home.

“Oh, my God, I need to tell Mom and Dad.” I find my voice and scramble to find my feet, but am pulled back down by Jesse.

“You need to take a breath first, sweetheart.” Jesse tries to soothe me, not letting me escape.

“Your parents are in the process of being briefed right now. We’re going to get them on the next plane to Arizona. Jay’s team will meet with them there.” Jackson reaches out to hold my hand.

“Team?” I ask, not understanding. “Your brother, Jay?” I ask in confusion.

“He’s been undercover. He’s headed this whole thing the last few weeks. I thought you knew?” Jackson answers, looking to Jesse. Jesse knew?

I turn to Jesse seeking answers.

“Don’t be pissed. I didn’t want to tell you until we knew we could get her out.” He answers, shocking me.

“How did you?”

“Last month I paid a visit to T. He gave us the information we needed, spoke to a few contacts outside of town and got a lead. I called Jay. He called in some of his old buddies to see if they could help. Once he knew what they were dealing with, he wanted to help,” Jesse explains.

“You did this?” I ask, my world spinning out of control. “But the Warriors?” I question, knowing they wouldn’t help us two months ago.

“Don’t worry about them. Club now owes them, no big deal. And Jay and his team did this. I only called in a favor.” He brushes his involvement off. I don’t push it right now, still needing more information, but I won’t let him get off so easily, as if he didn’t have a hand in this.

“So what do we do now? Can we get on the next plane?” I ask, eager to go to her, needing to go to her.

“I’m not going to lie to you, Bell. Where she’s been…”

My heart sinks when he doesn’t finish. “Where has she been? What aren’t you telling me?” I ask outright, frightened to know what it is we are dealing with here.

“It’s not good, Bell. The condition…what she’s endured… It’s going to be a long road,” he answers, but I won’t allow myself to get lost in the details. Paige is alive and that’s all that matters.

“So what, we wait here for them to come back?” I ask, not liking the idea of that. “No, I can’t do that,” I start to fight, but Jackson’s shaking head stops me.

“I’m not saying no. But we don’t want to overwhelm her tonight. Let’s get your parents to her first and you can fly out tomorrow.”

I nod my agreement but don’t like it. I want to be with them, be there when they finally see her.

“I need to go call them.” I stand and start to move back to Jesse’s room. Stopping halfway, I turn back and walk to Jackson. “Thank you,” I whisper as I wrap my arms around him.

“I’m just glad we found her.” He returns my hug briefly before stepping back. Turning to Jesse, I throw my arms around him.

“I’ll never be able to repay you for everything you’ve done.” I cry into his neck, overwhelmed with the news of what he and everyone has done for my family.

“You already have, sweetheart.” His hand comes to the back of my head as he kisses the side of my temple before releasing his hold. I take a step away and look down at him, overcome by my emotions. I want to scream, hell, shout even, but his love and understanding suspends me, keeping me locked from doing what I need to do.

“How about l take you to your parents now? I know you want to be there with them.” He stands and I nod in agreement. He’s right. There’s no way I can stay back. I have to be there. Even if I am not there to see Paige the first time, I have to be with them regardless, and Jesse knows that. He knows what I need and offered it to me before I could even request it.

This man is everything I could ask for and more.

I never imagined when I stepped into this club that it would set me on this path. I knew I was taking a chance getting involved with Jesse, but standing here now, it is without a doubt the best chance worth taking.

We saved each other, brought each other out of our pasts and now finally, we can move on.

Together.

“So when do you leave?” Holly asks two hours later as we sit down to let the club know the news. After Jackson left, Jesse took me straight to see my parents. Once my family got over the initial shock of the news, tears, hugs and encouraging words were shared before we were able to get Mom and Dad on the next flight out. One of Jay’s team members will meet them the moment they land.

I wish we all could go tonight, but ultimately, we agreed it would be best for Mom and Dad to meet with Paige first. The last thing we want to do is overwhelm her.

“We fly out tomorrow with Ava.” I smile when Jesse reaches for my hand. The news is still running wild in my head. Tomorrow I will see my sister. I still haven’t had a chance to talk to Jesse about his involvement in finding Paige, but I will.

“I’m so happy for you, Bell.” Kelly reaches out and touches my knee.

“Thank you. I still can’t believe it. If it weren’t for all of you, this wouldn’t be happening.” I look to the Rebels—Nix, Sy, Beau, Brooks and especially Jesse.

“You helped make this happen and I’ll never be able to thank you enough.”

“Nothing we wouldn’t do for family, darlin’,” Nix replies, the others nodding in agreement.

“I know, but I just want you to know I can’t thank you enough.”

Jesse throws his arm around me and kisses the side of my head. He doesn’t say anything but he doesn’t have to. He’s given me more than I can ever imagine. He’s given me my family back.

“Just bring her home safely,” Beau says and I bob my head. It’s what I’ve been waiting for since I started down this road and now, thanks to this new family, I have; I’m going to be able to. I look around at these people who I’ve grown to love and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s been a long journey but one I wouldn’t change for anything.

“Umm, boss, we have a big fucking issue.” Hunter’s voice carries across the club, breaking through my happy thoughts.

“What the fuck now?” Nix looks up, his stare not one to mess with.

Hunter turns back and nods. A few seconds later, a brunette walks around the corner. Hair disheveled, face messed up, her lip is bleeding, but she makes no attempt to stop it. My heart stops instantly as I take her in.

“Mackenzie?” Beau stands from his chair so fast it falls back with a bang.

“Oh, fuck,” Sy whispers next to Holly, which causes the hairs on my arms to stand to attention. What the hell is going on and who is Mackenzie?

“Beau, I’m so sorry I came, but I really need your help.” Her hands tremble at her side as she twitches before looking back to the exit.

“Fuck,” Beau curses, rushing forward to her. She trembles when he gets close but doesn’t back away.

“Jesus Christ. There goes any chance of having a few quiet weeks.” Nix stands and follows closely behind Beau.

“What’s happening?” I whisper, looking back and forth between my friends and the woman who just crashed into their lives.

“Shit just got a whole lot worse for Beau is what just happened.” Jesse shakes his head but doesn’t elaborate.

I don’t know what to think, or how to respond. All I know is looking at Jesse’s face, her being here isn’t good for anyone.

“Don’t worry, sweetheart, we’ll sort it out.” He releases my hands, kisses my temple and then stands with the rest of the guys.

I nod once, believing his words and watch them move forward toward the woman. These men aren’t the type of men to cower away from anything. They wouldn’t turn their back on family. I know this because they proved themselves with me.

I was lucky enough to have found them, and I knew from watching this woman she felt the same. In her eyes, these men needed to be her saviors, and I knew they would be. Their patch is what brought them together, but their love for the club and what they do is what makes them a family.

My family.
