В моей жизни есть три человека, которые, пожалуй, и не догадываются о том, насколько сильно они на меня повлияли. Тем не менее, хочу поблагодарить своего преподавателя – доктора философии Бена Блома. Об авторах

Генри Эммонс, доктор медицинских наук, психиатр, использующий в профессиональной клинической практике психофизиологические методики, натуральные терапии и практики осознанности. Разрабатывает интегративные (холистические) подходы к лечению таких распространенных расстройств психического здоровья, как депрессия и тревожность. Практикует в центре «Партнеры в жизнестойкости», где пациенты лечатся по программе «Пути к жизнестойкости». Она нацелена на восстановление жизнестойкости и возвращение радости жизни. В нее входит все лучшее, что могут предложить современные взгляды на физическую нагрузку, питание, натуральные терапии и психологию осознанности.

Доктор Эммонс – популярный лектор и уважаемый эксперт в таких областях, как интеграция натуральных терапий и практик осознанности в психиатрию, взаимосвязь духовности и психического здоровья, личностное и профессиональное обновление.
