But let's get back to business.

As mentioned earlier, you need to get to a neighboring region. There you will settle down to one of the reliable acquaintances.

Yes, regarding these most familiar. Before you go underground, get an extensive network of comrades in various cities and settlements. One important point to remember here. At all times there were not so many people who are ready to become real militants. However, there have always been a known number of those who are afraid to be terrorists themselves, but at the same time clearly sympathize with the rebels and want to give them some support. That's exactly what you know and should be in many cities! The more such people you know, the better. Actually, on these people and keeps all political underground. It is these comrades who contain safe houses, provide transportation services to the underground, and in addition to a tangible degree finance underground activities.

Okay, we've dealt with it. Let's say a few words about the apartment.

The easiest way to organize a safe house is as follows. You are sitting home to one of your landings, who was told above. Everything! Now his apartment is getting conspirative automatically. It is precisely organizing their underground residence by the unrich revolutionaries.

You can, of course, do the same. This path is set out in detail in the «A Call…». Everyone that cares about this is about getting consulted. Here, we are not going to consider this subject.

However, whatever the method you decide to try, to change the safe conspirative apartments you will still have to regularly. Moving you will have to be at least once every two months. Maybe more often.

At the safe house, there must be some hard discipline. You should know and remember that politicians might attack any minute. Therefore, you should follow certain standards.

Okay, at the safe house, you can't let small arms out of your hands. You have to sleep, eat and wash without parting with weapons. Yes, you just need to have a gun in the apartment. Therefore, in fact, when you go underground, – you will either have to drag at least part of the arsenal to a safe house, or arrange a turnout where the weapons were stored before. That is why it turns out that many safe houses are former warehouse apartments, originally arranged for the storage of the arsenal, but then adapted for living underground.

But let's get back to business.

When you sleep, some protections are placed under the pillow, while others are clamped in your hands. When you eat, a small weapon is put on the table, and a large one leans against the wall so that you can reach it. When you wash, the weapon will be at arm's length from you. Those samples that are not afraid of water should be taken to the shower cubicle.

It is also highly undesirable to undress. In the apartment you should always be dressed. And not just dressed, but properly dressed. So that the police were not ashamed to fight. A sturdy shirt tucked into tight fabric pants. The legs are tightly tightened into berets or boots. It is in this form and will do walking around the apartment. Even when you go to bed, you should never undress. Sleep must be fully clothed and shoes! Clothes and shoes are allowed to be removed only for the time of washing. However, dade when you wash, – undress not naked, but only to the underwear. By the way, you have to wash fast. For bath procedures – no more than fifteen minutes.

In addition, it is necessary to put up a guard. It is done extremely simply. Near the window should be equipped with a comfortable place. One of you a collection sits on this very place and through binoculars is taken to observe what is happening around. After two hours, this person is replaced by someone else. The guards must be taken around the clock. Even at night, someone has to keep an eye on the situation.

A few words about talking in a safe house. It is strictly forbidden to discuss aloud any issues related to your guerrilla activity. Even if you think you're not being bugged! You know, the terrorists Nikita Tikhonov and Evgenia Khasis also thought that no one was bugging the apartment. And how bad it turned out as a result! The first told himself a life sentence, the second – for eighteen years in prison. Learn from other people's mistakes, gentlemen! You shouldn't be ranting about your plans. It's better to do otherwise.

First, you need to close the curtains. Then you place a metal pan on the table. Then you get the paper, the necessary writing supplies, and to all other gas lighter or matches. After you start writing on this very paper all those thoughts that it would be dangerous to say out loud. You pass the leaf to your comrades. They read the text on the paper sheet. Then the designated leaf is crushed, put on the bottom of the pan, and then set on fire. After one of your comrades writes on paper his own answer to what you have just said. You read the answer, and then destroy the above method. That's how communication goes.

Of course, you can't leave the safe house empty under any circumstances. At least one person should always be inside. If you are very afraid that the police will find you andbegin to storm the apartment, – use the method of Spanish city guerrillas. First, take a simple army grenade. After you squeeze this last one in the grip. Near the front door put a wooden box with a lid. Put the gripes inside this last one. Now you should take a fairly short shoelace. One of it's edge should be tied to a cocked grenade check. The other end is tied to the doorknob. The cord used should be in a tight position. If the police try to open or knock out the door, the check will be torn out and the grenade will explode.

A similar trap can be installed on the windows. Here's how it works. First of all, two small nails are hammered into the wall on both sides of the window. A box with a grenade is installed under the window. Now you need to take a piece of thin and almost imperceptible, but at the same time a fairly strong line. One end of this cord is tightened on the first nail. Then the line is thrown over the second nail, and then goes down, straight into the box. The other end of it, as it is easy to guess, is fastened to a cocked grenade check. If the policeman breaks your window and then wants to get inside, he will hit a stretched line. The check will be torn out, the grenade will explode.

Of course, to produce such tricks, the army can use homemade grenades, detonating without any delay. Actually, it's better.

And yes, of course, if your safe house is a politician, the politicians will dare to storm, – and you have to fight, you'll have as much as it will be possible.

To speak up to your practical work, there is no special change in her. You're still gonna be diversifying, but you re not going to be in your own house anymore, but to the safe house.

Annex.

As you already know, in December, two thousand eighteenth years Marat Nigmatulin was arrested and incarcerated in the temporary detention facility. That's where he made the whole text. The article was written to the original Internet magazine «Rabkor». After the debt reflected the editor of this publication published the article (the proven further argued that he himself is a direct agent of the Federal Service). We believe, however, that the text along the lines can be useful to each of our comrades. And because we were decided to put it here as an annex to the main part of the book.

Alexander Tarasov and popular rebellion.

Of all the modern Russian left-handed, perhaps, Alexander Nikolaevich Tarasov is represented. Having a reputation as a person unapologetic towards social reality, this figure cannot but arouse interest.

However, throughout the post-Soviet period of our history A. Tarasov was known primarily as an uncompromising critic of the Russian left in various directions. It is in this capacity thatactivity. Tarasov is best known in Russia. As a result, many Russian leftists tend to perceive A. Tarasov as a schemer and provocateur [1], and therefore do not pay him proper attention. This has led to the fact that in this respect there is now a situation where himself. Tarasov was completely undervalued, and his ideas were neither analyzed, nor even accepted by the Russian left.

At the same time, however, A. Tarasov is not only a former left-wing dissident, let alone a critic of the practical undertakings and theoretical researches of the Russian left. No, A. Tarasov is also a major scientist, sociologist and juvenologist, who has had a significant influence on the world's left-wing thought.

The Russian left should be proud of the fact that they have such a person in their movement, but they, nevertheless, for a long time completely ignored the activities of A. Tarasov, on his scientific research.

Believing it necessary to fill this gap in Russian left literature, I offer the reader my view on this topic.

By no means applying for analysis of the entire scientific heritage of A. Tarasov, I think it is necessary to highlight to the readers only some of the questions raised by him in his works, and since logic requires starting all narratives from the beginning, first of all I consider it necessary to touch on the problems raised by A. Tarasov in his work «On the ”silent people” and ”social explosion, which is not and is not”» [2].

This extensive article appears to be the most significant of all the early works of A. Tarasov (in short, researchers of the future will have to decide whether it is legitimate to attribute it to the early stage of the work of this outstanding thinker).

Of particular interest here is the fact that all the early works of without exception. Tarasov, written by him during his activities in the field of the Neo-Communist Party, has not survived to this day, and therefore we can only assume about their contents for a long time. Works of a purely scientific and academic nature, written by A. Tarasov in the 1990s, and primarily related to the topics of sociology and juvenile science, by now also have become virtually inaccessible, because they were published usually in small editions, which have not survived to date or turned into a real rarity.

Against the background of these works, the above article stands out because it has been reprinted many times invarious publications since it's writing in 1994, and therefore remains widely available on the Internet. A somewhat special situation is explained primarily by the fact that himself. Tarasov attached great importance to her, repeatedly referred to her in his subsequent works and further developed the ideas expressed there. The sum of these circumstances makes this article all the more interesting for analysis on the ideas and facts discussed there.

Written in 1994, the article is devoted to the detailed answer to the question that worried many at that time: «Why is there still no social explosion in Russia's exhausted economic turmoil?».

A. Tarasov, of course, answers this question with all his skill, but does not stop there; he goes further and looks deeper, revealing to the reader the very meaning of the concept of social explosion, explaining the causes and characteristics of this historical phenomenon.

First of all, A. Tarasov explains that the social explosion is a fairly rare phenomenon: «The dominant minority really permanently led against the suppressed majority natural class war, and this is the majority for the most part years, decades and for centuries dutifully tolerated.» [3].

Next A. Tarasov gives some historical examples confirming the forward thesis. The first example is the famous famine in India, organized by the British government in the 18th century. Here's A. Tarasov points out that «the first serious act of resistance from the starving Indian population was the Faraisit uprising in Bengal in 1831, 60 years after the onset of mass starvation.» [4].
