Of course, any diversion must be properly considered in advance. You will have to properly study the area, and then decide how you will get to the place of committing your guerrilla act, how then you will leave this place. When planning an operation, see if there are successful escape routes. It is very desirable that next to the chosen target was a forest area or at the worst end of a large wild park. Nearby yards, narrow dark alleys – it is, of course, also good. But it is better to have a forest nearby. 

 

It is extremely important to think about all the necessary ways of retreat. Any mistake in such planning can be fatal and lead you to destruction. 

 

It is necessary to get to the place of sabotage in secret. It is best, of course, to buy for such purposes not very expensive car. The latter must be issued, of course, on a front person. Of course, to park a designated vehicle under the windows of his house in any case can not. The car should stand somewhere in the neighboring area, so that the neighbors do not stare at it. And it is unlikely that… It is only pertinable to drive this kind of vehicle on a fictitious name. And yes, of course, to ride it is desirable properly made-up. The trunk of the car should be equipped with at least one cache for transporting weapons. All the equipment is there and should be transported.  And then you will go to yourself on sabotage – in you in the middle of the road staff of the postal service will stop. They'll start checking the car. Of course, if you carry grenades inside the trunk – nothing good such a check for you will not end. But if a reliable cache inside the machine to arrange, – then it is a different matter. In addition, remember: under no circumstances can you put on such a car navigators. Through this kind of technically – the police can easily find out the routes of your movement. This, of course, should not be allowed in any way. Therefore, you will navigate the most ordinary geographical maps. Paper cards, of course. 

 

You can still, of course, buy a garage for your car. It should be issued, of course, on a front person, while it should be located in some distance from your house. You're going to turn around in this garage! Thus, it will be possible before each military operation to put a new registration number on your vehicle. Well, after you return, you can easily repaint your clunker. 

 

However, the car for us – it is too expensive. Therefore, poor saboteurs move around the country on public transport. Of course, preference should be given to such types, where when buying a ticket you do not need to show documents. Also, of course, it is important how carefully checked the luggage of the police. If on transport with anonymous ticket sales and not too serious checks of luggage to arrive to the place of sabotage does not work – you will have to use less safe means of transportation. Here, tickets are available for a fictitious name, while presenting forged documents. And yes, of course, it is desirable to be made-up. 

 

Regarding stowaway, we will tell you at once: guys, never even think about it! If you get caught, they will immediately hand over to the police. These last will search you. They will find, of course, explosives and weapons. What are you going to do then? 

 

Before you go on sabotage – you need to have a good alibi. They say that all weekend you were at the Moscow recreation center. Of course, you will also have to pay for a holiday on this very base. However, instead of you will go there some of your friends.

 

That's what they said. Now a few words about the sabotage itself. 

 

First of all, it is necessary to remind that if you came by your own vehicles, – to park this very transport is necessary a few kilometers from the place of sabotage. When you stop your car at a specified distance, – you have to get out of there and walk a few kilometers on foot. Then you will arrange what you were going to arrange, and then go back to your car. 

 

If you come by public transport, leave the latter in the same few kilometers from the chosen place. You'll get to the last one on foot, you'll move back in the same way. 

 

From the place of such unloading to the place of sabotage you are obliged to get on different routes. The question of the latter should be thought out in advance. It is extremely dangerous to go to the enemy in a crowd. Of course, you will retreat alone, too. 

 

Regardless of the transport used, – to get the place of his future work, and after retreating back is best through the forest or other plantings. It's a little worse to do it through yards and all sorts of nooks and crannies. 

 

As you can imagine, it is best to arrange such sabotage acts under the cover of dusk. For such work, the so-called «wolf hour» is optimal, a period of time lasting from two o'clock in the morning to four o'clock in the morning. 

 

Of course, all of you must also remember that for a saboteur good weather in the usual sense of it – it is the worst weather. On the contrary, terrible weather conditions for any commoner – it is the most desirable for the guerrilla situation. Therefore, it is true that it is best to carry out sabotage acts during a hurricane, torrential rain or snow storm. 

 

Remember that when you go to sabotage, – you need to change clothes. It is impossible to go to such an event in it's usual, completely humdrum form under any circumstances. When you do most of your way, and the goal will be only a few kilometers, – you will need to change into a completely different clothes. Only then take the task. Once you have fulfilled the debt and returned to your former place, replace the garment again. Those items of wardrobe that were put on you during the sabotage – will need to be destroyed as fashionable as soon. However, to burn clothes immediately after the task is not recommended. To do this, it is better to move away from the place of sabotage for a certain distance. Otherwise, the police can capture you right at the moment when you are busy destroying evidence. Clothes, as you know, it is better to pour kerosene, and then set fire. 

 

Even at the planning stage of the entire operation, decide the issue of CCTV cameras. Find out if they are nearby, and if so, where exactly they are located. Cameras can be eliminated in advance or try to hide from them during the operation itself. A lot has already been said in the «A Call...» about ways to neutralize CCTV cameras. 

 

Yes, it goes without saying that it is strictly forbidden to take cell phones on a mission. This, we hope, is understandable to everyone and without our reminder.

 

Finally, let's point you with a little guerrilla trick. Generously pour gasoline at the place where you trampled during the sabotage. It's easy to get the police dogs off the trail. If you meet a body of water on the way, you can go into it, and then walk fifty meters or a hundred in shallow water. Then go ashore and continue on. If you implement this last method – dogs will not be able to take your tracks. You can, of course, still wander into some crowded place (to stop public transport or to the grocery store). Due to the abundance of smells there the dog can easily lose your own. This last method, however, is not very suitable, if only because any passage through crowded places is dangerous for the guerrillas who have just committed sabotage. 

 

Thus, we discussed the technology of sabotage acts. Let's talk about guns now. 

 

Many budding revolutionaries often ask their more experienced comrades: «Where do we get our weapons?». The answer is incredibly simple: «You have to buy it from local bandits!». 

 

The designated fighters of many rebel movements. This is how the urban guerrillas of Western Europe operated for many years. Now we need to learn from the experience of the latter. 

 

It is known that banditry is an indispensable consequence of the power of capital. This latter always denotes the ruin of millions, although some individual types are enriched. Under such conditions, of course, many of the diapers who are furious with the widespread injustice are made criminals. Crime, therefore, acts as a social problem. Well, it is impossible to solve the social problem by technical means alone. Under capitalism, as you know, the fight against bandits is almost always only at the technical level. We say we'll put the CCTV cameras in, and the crime will come to naught in a flash. Of course, banditry from the appearance of cameras is not going to disappear, but just trying to change their behavior. Now our robbers began to cover their faces for fear of being recognized.  

 

However, the state and capitalists are not too interested in the complete destruction of crime. The authorities here think this way: let the more active young people of poor origin become bandits, as long as they do not become revolutionaries. Therefore, in fact, in case of a threat of social explosion – the state is often accepted to patronize bandits. Then the criminalization of society allows to quickly negate any social protest. This is how the bourgeoisie of Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and other Latin American countries has operated for many years. This is what our Russian bureaucrat-bourgeoisie did at the beginning of the nineties of the last century. 

 

Moreover, the big officials, notable fat-sums, and besides serving these pigs geeks – do not suffer much because of rampant street crime. Therefore, in fact, not only in our country, but also in most states of the world, the police are not so much willing to exterminate crime, as they want to establish their own control over the criminal community. 

 

In short, capitalism cannot exist without organized crime. Well, where organized crime, – there will necessarily be such a phenomenon as the black market. And the black market of weapons is always piled up! 

 

Actually, even in China, you can easily buy a gun or a gun. As for our country, it is done in a basic way.

 

So, to buy weapons you can always use the services of bandits. Actually, these comrades will sooner or later become your business partners. The fact is that it is the connections in criminal circles that will provide you with reliable access to the black market. Well, without the black market, no revolutionary work can exist. After all, the rifles insurgents need a lot of different things. For successful warfare, as you know, you need ammunition. And it is desirable not only artisanal manufacture, but also factory – army grenades, for example. Among the necessary are, of course, explosives and all sorts of chemicals for the manufacture of the latter. As for the false documents, we are silent here. Their importance to any normal person is quite clear. 

 

But let's get back to business. So, you will buy weapons on the black market, while they will sell you it's real professional criminals. 

 

Of course, when buying it is necessary to remember that for representatives of the criminal world to deceive an outsider is not worth anything. That is why you only need to pay for the item when you receive it. Of course, any such transaction should be furnished with the appropriate conspiracy. To negotiate the terms of the deal must only be in person, the money to transfer one of the above safe ways, for the goods to go not alone, but to take comrades. Exchange of money or other valuables for cherished guns and pistols – it is necessary to produce in some completely deserted place. 

 

However, if you do not want to establish such close criminal ties – you can buy weapons quite legally. It's all insanely simple. First, you put professional makeup on your face. Then you go to some gun shop. The latter should be located some distance from your home. In a designated storage tank you just buy yourself a few guns. Buy, of course, on false documents.

 

Remember that any firearm is necessarily a special number. This is done to make it easier for the state to track down any suspicious comrades. Inshort, people like you. Therefore, when the trunks are in your hands, – work hard to take the file and use such a tool to remove the above numbers. 

 

As for the samples purchased through bandits – on these last numbers are usually already erased in advance. However, this does not always happen. So even if you bought your weapon on the black market, check just in case the numbers are erased. 

 

However, let's go back and look at another method of acquisition. This last one is a little more complicated than the previous one, but it's still worth it to be told about it. First, you have to find a friend, endowed with the appropriate rights. This friend has to go to the gun shop and buy some good samples. He will, of course, make these samples in his own name. Then he'll calmly give you what he bought. You can easily clean new guns from harmful identification numbers. And having such equipment – and it is permissible to go to work.

 

Of course, all of the above concerns only firearms. As for various traumatic, pneumatic and gas samples, it is much easier to get these last ones on the black or gray market. The same applies to all kinds of bows, crossbows, slingshots and other devices of the same kind. 

 

You can, of course, in addition to use more homemade samples. The topic of artisanal production of them has already been a little touched by us in the «A Call for armed insurrection». Moreover, it is now possible to print the gun on 3D-printers. However, this is a separate conversation... 

 

We will not consider the topics in detail here. Nevertheless, we would like to give some advice to those who decide to make such gizmos on their own. 

 

Let's start with a few words about the good old cuts. 

 

It's easy to get a cut. First, you'll need a gun. The trunk of it should be properly clamped in the grip. After that, you will need to take the file. By means of a specified tool, a certain part of the gun barrel is removed. After that, you will need to remove the butt. This is done with the same file or a good saw. Remember that if the butt itself must be cut down necessarily, the pistol neck connecting this very butt with the rest of the design – must be preserved. It is for her that you will now keep the cut made with your own hands. That's it now. When the butt is removed, the weapon is recognized as ready. They wear a cut in the same way as a gun. Use it also appropriately. 

 

As for the samples printed with a 3D-printer, everything is much simpler here. We will not consider the technology of making such weapons here, as it is well known to you. Let us just remind you that the machine used for weapons production should be purchased without any registration, best of all – on the black market. You can also buy in different places all the necessary parts for the collection of such a machine, and then independently produce the last. And yes, of course, the machine used for printing weapons must be kept in one of the secret arsenals. Such devices are not allowed to be kept inside your own home.
