It must be admitted that the modern global world of educated, informed and humane people, even in developed democracies, is poorly managed by politicians, monopolistic financial and economic oligarchs and social network information globalists. An unmanned arms race has begun, hybrid information wars are in full swing with real death and damage to people. Fake media and deep fakes of audio and visual fraudulent investigations successfully and massively fool people and it is no longer clear who and what to believe.

The manifestation of a new branch of fascist social Darwinism of animal selection of the stronger and the enslavement of the weaker is growing. Where, instead of "teeth" are used cruise missiles, "global dollar" and remote mass media-fake weapons in excess of the massive "legal" defeat of dissent "and" sanctions democracy "against rogue countries.

The accumulated weapons of mass destruction, including biological ones, are enough to destroy all of humanity, several times. The likelihood is growing that the rulers and the oligarchy, maddened by fake, hype, euphoria of power and impudent permissiveness, will once again plunge billions of people into a global catastrophe.

Fraud, information hypocrisy and sophisticated systematic destruction of competitors, says that the "legal universals of the Enlightenment of the Anglo-Saxons" are fucked up, even in the democratic west. This means that the global ambitions of their elites constitute the main threat to all of humanity today!

Conclusion– it is no longer possible to trust this new world of "wonderful people" to the uncontrolled ruling elites who do not always understand the objective reality of digital life in a multi polar global inter connected modern world. History and recent reality show that the "noble classes" once again have not met the hopes of intelligent humanity.

It is becoming more and more dangerous, illegal and ineffective to manage such a humanity in the old "neo-feudal" ways. Technology has already overcome hunger, significantly increased life expectancy, provided tele-working professionals and the ability to choose where to live and work. Now, responsible and working citizens, the large middle class and their families, want to live more comfortably and safely in the new digital world and not divide the planet into "sovereign territories."

A modern intelligent and hard-working people need separate housing, a well-paid job, high-quality food services, the opportunity to study and raise children. We need medicine that can heal, good ecology of the territories of residence, informational freedom and freedom to travel abroad, simple registration of businesses, and much more. And not the leaders, saviors of the nation, clans, parties, security officials and propaganda of their exclusivity!

People are tired of management "neo-savagery" – digital total  itarianism – sheer supervision, total censorship of words and deeds, control of everyone and everywhere, automatic fines, blocking of accounts and social-rating persecution (in Chinese). There was even a “presumption of digital guilt” for all citizens who did not undergo “numbered state identific ation and covid-certification”.

This is an un law ful violation of privacy, violation of personal freedoms and leads to massive cyber fraud. Moreover, many authoritarian and even democracies began to slide towards digital algorithmic fascism of uncontrolled “smart law enforcement officers” and owners of global networks. Bigtech corporations and digital platforms should not replace government law.

We need to manageto turn this “control over the people” into “control over officials and monopolists” by all citizens of countries who hire them as “managers” for the quality management of territories, including virtual ones. This means that the mass user taxpayer has the right to fire them at any time! The time has come to implement the biblical principle – "The voice of the people is the voice of God", technology already allows you to do this, simply and genuinely.

People and technologies in the 21st century have changed for the better, and the governance of citizens in states and interstate relations have remained “ancient imperialist”. A colossal gap has appeared between the super-wealth of units and the rest of the smart and hardworking people who created this wonderful digital techno world. Moreover, such antagonisms cannot be resolved either by revolutions or by the maidans, as history has shown.

The bulk of people (up to 50 years old) have become more knowledgeable, hardworking and humane, in comparison with the ruling political and financial elitaries. And they are against the Hegelian absolute – “slave and master.” And as once “steam engines” gave “capitalism”, then “brain strengthening”, digital ization and universal communication must necessarily give rise to new systems of management of modern societies!

What to do– it is necessary to create new progressive political and economic digital formations that take into account the opinion and participation of the masses of working and know ledgeable smart people themselves, in management, in decision-making and protection of freedoms, including digital ones. We need openness in matters concerning large masses of people, we need simple digital mechanisms that take into account the balance of opinions, genuine smart voting, open ratings of businesses, public people, government officials and monopolists. And their lifelong global legal and reputational prosecution for violations.

How – through the creationof "Information-open societies of direct people's self-government (IOS PHR), in states and through the creation of a global social network technological smart international (TSI)", with a reputation tribunal of the rulers and owners of international monopolies.

Today it is necessary not to climb into power, but to learn technologically and strictly control it. Direct power to the people, not in the sense of direct execution, but through tough and skillful people's control of the entire chain of executive and legislative powers. Therefore, "direct people's self-government" should be viewed as "sophisticated digital supervision of the people over power"! Over the executive officials hired by the people who manage a specific territory in accordance with the laws, plans and requirements of the citizens of this territory.

Smart people are people who use smart-phones and apps, global Internet social networks, instant messengers, mobile banking, remote work/study, and have other digital skills. It is time for citizens in the 21st century to stop being a "trembling creature" in front of leaders, law enforcement officers, fraudsters and elitists, especially foreign ones. Now the paradigm should rule – all citizens of the country are equal owners of the state, its structures, communications, land and natural resources, and not just the oligarchy and their "clan cronies".

The new socio-political system can already be implemented in developed democratic post-industrial societies. Digitalization, smart-phon ization and global information connectivity of people should lead to the creation of more humane, fair and responsible legal societies of people's control of authorities, businesses and services – "IOS PHR ".  This will dramatically improve the quality and comfort of people's lives, reduce income stratification, reduce the information and power terror of citizens by "superstructure" and fraudsters, and normalize international relations.

What will the IOS PHR give to citizens?:

– Full employment, including remote, creative implementation and decent earnings, mass platform small business, responsible information freedom, reliable security, legal protection and other services of a comfortable life. 

– It will make it possible to implement new civilizational requirements-voting from smart-phones and the national register of reputations of officials and businesses. And other simple and explicit mechanisms for creating a well-balanced society of digital democracy and democracy of the people.

In the PSI PNS, the postulate is implemented– "the state is for the people, and not the people for the state of officials".

In the new society, it is possible to create a system of people's self-government, where all people decide for themselves how to live among themselves, to profess traditions, religion, culture, to whom and what taxes to pay.  And what laws to live by, conduct business, maintain freedom and order. And not to inflame the "historical passions" that were created in these territories many years ago.

The importance of "Marxian"private ownership of the means of production in developed countries is now losing its former importance, being replaced by joint rental-car sharing. Now it is more important-people's smart control over the authorities, the oligarchy and the global business of monopolists, with the help of smart votes and reputations. Therefore, only in the IOS PHR can you create a real "digital hyper-democracy". And not the "digital economy" of the media-propaganda chatter. 

In the IOS PHR, you can get young people out of the "Internet entertainment, rudeness and neo-fraud" by immersing people in the "Internet creativity of neo-income", through new knowledge and global business platforms.  To create a new way of life more comfortable and stable for people, without destroying the old value systems of humanism and the cultural and religious code of nations and traditions.  And in this way, skillfully extinguish the next anthropological challenge. Due to the broad development of the "nation of free agent creators" and micro-entrepreneurs. 

Create your own national state of national well-being and freedom, with a morally justified economy and with a high offshore attractiveness for investment from around the world.

In the IOS PHR, it is possible to "techno-routine" control and change the political and financial elites in their cities/states, if the quality of life and freedoms of the majority of citizens has suddenly deteriorated in the territory. Replace them with more skilled managers. In the new system, the "smart crowd, without leaving the couch" can force the power, financial, economic, power and cultural elites to fulfill popular demands. To force them to work more effectively, openly and openly, for the benefit of the entire people of the territory of residence and the entire country.

To switch to the IOS PHR, you need to create:

– Platforms for buying and selling everything, as an automatic guaranteed contract of the parties, without interm ediaries and gaskets.

– A unified system of medical and pharma ceutical services, with direct differentiated payment for the quality of treatment.

– Systems for remote ordering and payment for transport services, entertainment and other events (paperless).

– The system of automatic control and accounting of vehicles (SCTS).

– The system of automatic tax collection, recalculated at the end of the year, genuine document flow and reporting.

– The national Information and cyber Security system within the country, including the unified mobile operator and the EIPSS, wrist electronic passports and personal smartphones with an identification SIM card.

– Digital Content Library (DCL), for training and development, with free content, with discussion and reputation of the content and direct payment to the authors, according to the content passport.

– City test centers for the control of knowledge and competencies (instead of the Unified State Exam, passing traffic rules, security, and other things.

It is necessary to create other mechanisms for a better quality of life for people in the future global digital world.

All other current formations should be recognized as dying state administrations of residual neo-feudalism. And their propagandists-defenders should be called – "bearers of neo-historical nonsense" and "anti-people" of the nascent global united digital world of intelligent and humane people.  It is urgently necessary to change this old "neo-feudalism in management" to new systems, with wider automation of all spheres of life and work of people. Smart digital ization of state functions, tax reduction, modernization and simpli fication of laws regulating the economy, financial sphere and document flow, with real popular control, are required.

TSI is a global digital platform (network party) that unites all people of the world for discussions, reputational control and evaluation of the actions of the ruling national political leaders, owners and managers of financial and economic transnational corporations, including social network information monopolists.

It is they, their "global savagery" – enrichment at any cost, euphoria of strength and impunity, today pose the greatest danger to humanity! The golden billion (GB) of the "best people on the planet" has already begun to unite in a "blood-brisk manner" under the Bilderberg slogan – "... GB is enough for its future luxurious life 2-3 billion servants." Those. the remaining 3 billion, out of more than 7 currently living, should disappear by the fiftieth year. In order not to "spoil the ecology of the planet," all the rest must be controlled and controlled by the United States and its allies.

From here grow the rootsof that mess of "controlled chaos" that is happening in the current world. But three quarters of the world's population have already ceased to be satisfied with the current Anglo-Saxon model of democracy. Its tough and unquestioning "American unipolar version of the bloody world gendarmerie and financial and legal hegemonism."

The "Collective West" that imposed the "disservice of neoglobalism" – "Overthrow of dictatorial and authoritarian regimes at any cost!" – pays with chaos, blood and refugees in their countries. Although a completely different goal can be seen here – the global “eco-weeding of mankind” so that the “golden billion” will live more comfortably in the future.

It is clear that the oppressedand ruined peoples will harshly oppose such a world order. There will certainly be "leaders" who will lead the passionary millions of fellow citizens, polarized in income and rights, to protests, a new redistribution of property, to replace the political and financial elites and managers.

A simple analysis of current relations – interpersonal, social and interstate, gives a skeptical conclusion – the power systems no longer correspond to the digital modernity of multipolar globalism and restrain the humanitarian and technological development of mankind.

In many countries,there is a gradual decline in freedoms, the strengthening of the "chief totalitarian democracy", often imposed from above. In them, the power was usurped by very active "pack leaders" who, taking advantage of the propaganda fooling of citizens, relying on law enforcement officers and the support of "selfish traitors", sell at a high price the "imposed services" for managing countries.

Pseudo-democracy has become an export commodity of globalism and an instrument for managing the world in the interests of big international capital and a unipolar geopolitics of power.

There is constant harassment and bullying of weaker "rogue states" by all means, including state media, fake investigations, economic sanctions, arming the opposition and military occupation. More and more, "sophisticated legal hysterical methods" are used to drain the economies of such countries, to create internal contradictions. It is clearly seen that "color conflicts" between citizens, authorities and states are growing for the joy and robbery of stronger countries and unions.

It is necessary to identify and condemn "professional traitors to human conscience" who do their "Judas business" on the defense of uni polarity, the double right of global monopoly, on the cultural and technological inferiority of "non-Saxon" societies. The history of interstate relations shows that the fundamental civilizational problems of humanism are now not only poorly resolved, but there is an increase in mistrust and conflicts between countries. Tensions and social divisions between people within countries are growing.

"Guides" and their information-power servants, wake up! The world has already become different – interconnected and everyone has become neighbors, even on other continents. Modern people have long ceased to be savages who kill each other "for a piece of bread" or a stranger who has entered their land. It was they, their hands and heads, who created this new high-tech world of machines, goods and services. The peoples already "demand to proclaim an era of humanity and good-neighborliness on Earth"!

Most of the simple and responsible people who created this huge real-virtual technological digital world are more compromise and peace-loving, and wars are unleashed not by peoples, but by states, in the person of their rulers, pushed by the oligarchy and generals. But it is the common people who pay the most with their lives and other damage in such disasters.

 More than 4 billion people already have smartphones with sync translation apps. This means that everyone and always can easily and simply listen to each other, negotiate and vote, removing the "ineffective and aggressive managers" hired by the people from power! We must learn not to “wave their fists like savages at rallies, or to intimidate sovereign countries with tomahawks and drones, arranging regular bloody color revolutions and Maidans. Where there is only a change of some ruling "neo-feudal lords" for others, and the people again "remain in the fools", in poverty and damage to freedoms.

Technologies already allow this“huge smart crowd of“ clear numbers ”to compel national and international political, financial, economic, informational, cultural and power elites, to fulfill popular demands and work for the benefit of their city, the people of their country and all of humanity! It is time for the rulers of all stripes and positions to understand that today the main ones on the planet are WE – all smart working people of this modern global open multipolar techno world. The refore, we and only we decide how to live and rule in the territory of our residence and in our country. And we must by all means promote such a new system of governance in free developed societies.

Not a land / country for oligarchy, geopolitics and other extremists, but a land / country for people living on it according to their traditions and laws. All other approaches today are “neo-feudal savagery”.

The interstate relations between NATO countries and the rest of the world of people have become especially catastrophic. They look like “civilizational savagery” against the background of the technological, cultural and humanitarian advancement of today's smart people in Europe. The working people and all sober-minded people urgently need to find a way out of the impasse into which the world political elites and the international financial and economic oligarchy have led them.

Moreover, the current young generation of active, hard-working and intelligent people is no longer the "proletariat of Marx's capitalism" or even the contemptuous "precariat" of post-industrialism, The management of the new, so complicated digital world of people can no longer be trusted only by a few and uncontrolled leaders from the ruling parties. Their "political games without rules, among themselves and for world hegemonism" again bring humanity to the brink of degradation and extinction.

It is time for smart humanityto get rid of the fear and discomfort of life that comes from the political savagery and the "liberal-fascist exclusivity of the strong". "Euro-rulers" need to act smarter and move to "creative-consumer" and more direct dialogue with the masses themselves.  To inspire by example the change of state administrations, better democracy and quality of life. The "historical and legal Judas" that incite the passions of disengagement of peoples, in order to obtain their current currency dividends, must be everywhere detected and reputationally condemned.

Softer "digital" ways of changing the ruling elites have matured, allowing to reliably stop the impending national and world cataclysms.   Unlike previous internationals of party leaders and leaders, TSI is rather a powerful network portal/party on the blockchain and with elements of traditional client-server architecture distributed across the boundless digital world. It is the openness, the binding of "deeds" to the public person and the evaluation of him by other people that will force the "rulers" to look at themselves from the outside. Become more responsible for the life story they create in the village, city, country and in the world. Thus, to raise the spiritual prestige of the life of every living person.

This is precisely our social nature, this is how our distant ancestors always lived, with an eye to the opinion of members of the tribal community, until the industrial revolutions and big cities came.
